Butternut Squash Steaks with Brown Butter–Sage Sauce (United States)
Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash, sliced into steaks
3 tbsp butter
8 fresh sage leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Add sage leaves and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Place squash steaks in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
