Filipino Banana Bread (Philippines)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup chopped cashews
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and condensed milk.
Gradually add dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
Fold in chopped cashews.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
