Gambas al Ajillo (Spain)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled

  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup dry sherry

  • Salt and parsley to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes.

  • Add shrimp and cook until pink.

  • Pour in sherry, season with salt, and cook for another minute.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
