Gambas al Ajillo (Spain)
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled
4 cloves garlic, sliced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup dry sherry
Salt and parsley to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Pour in sherry, season with salt, and cook for another minute.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
