Italian Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
Country of Origin: Italy
Ingredients:
4 large portabella mushrooms
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove stems from mushrooms and brush caps with olive oil.
Mix ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff mushrooms with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
