Japanese Grilled Portabella Mushrooms with Teriyaki Glaze

Country of Origin: Japan

Ingredients:

  • 4 large portabella mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp mirin

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  • Mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, ginger, and sesame oil to create a glaze.

  • Brush mushrooms with glaze and grill for 5 minutes per side.

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
