Moroccan Carrot Salad (Morocco)
A refreshing salad with shredded carrots, orange blossom water, and Moroccan spices.
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup raisins
Instructions:
Mix shredded carrots with olive oil, orange blossom water, cumin, paprika, and salt.
Stir in parsley and raisins.
