Ceviche (Peru)
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) fresh white fish (such as sea bass), diced
½ cup lime juice
½ cup lemon juice
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 small chili pepper, finely chopped
½ cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place fish in a bowl and cover with lime and lemon juice.
Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes until the fish turns opaque.
Add onion, chili, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or sweet potato slices.
