Pylsur (Icelandic Hot Dog)
A unique hot dog with crispy onions and special sauce.
Ingredients:
1 Icelandic lamb hot dog (or substitute with beef/pork)
1 soft bun
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sweet mustard
1 tbsp remoulade sauce
1 tbsp crispy fried onions
1 tbsp raw chopped onions
Instructions:
Grill or boil the hot dog.
Place it in the bun and layer with ketchup, mustard, remoulade, crispy onions, and raw onions.
Serve and enjoy!
