Radish and Cream Cheese Tartine (France)
A simple yet elegant French open-faced sandwich.
Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced
4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Slice the baguette and lightly toast the slices.
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice.
Arrange the radish slices on top.
Sprinkle with chopped chives, sea salt, and black pepper.
Serve immediately as a light snack or appetizer.
